Return and Refund Policy

At Canvas Portal we make your canvas to order - just for you. That is why we do not accept returns. If the canvas is damaged or not as described in some way we will simply send you a new one free of charge or refund your order. There is never any need to send us your canvas back. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty in some way please attach a photo of the damage or fault, as well as the shipping label on the box it came in. All communications can be sent to info@canvasportal.com and we will do our absolute best to respond within 24 hours.
